I opened Samsung Pay last night and it seems to have removed all my cards, except one. If I try to add cards again it keeps saying "Samsung Pay is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Does anyone else have this issue? Did it actually remove cards or it just doesnt know whats it my account since it cant connect.

Mine is working fine... But I believe I did see someone else report that a few weeks ago. IIRC he couldn't access the service, but after a while, it kinda came back.

Not sure if Samsung Pay links to your Samsung account... I really hope I don't have to set up cards again if I switch devices :S

You definitely have to link cards again if you change devices...been there done that.

Had to reset the app and it seems to work now. Downside - had to add all the cards again.

Mmmm... Why wouldn't it just link to your account though? I mean, I haven't changed phones with Android Pay, but at least that's linked to my Google Account. I would assume that, just like the previous cards in Wallet carried over, if I changed phones those cards would be there waiting.

I guess Samsung Pay does 'marry' the cards to your IMEI/MAC address or some sort of unique ID for MST. But still.

Well in a way its safer if you think of it...dont have to worry as much about samsung account getting hacked and your cc info out in the open. Finger prints and credit card details remain on the card not out in the cyber space

Mmm... good point!

Plus it's not that hard to add cards, right? Just snap the picture, done!
