That's a fairly known 'hidden' code, but it would help to know what exactly was your issue and how it was resolved by using this menu. :) Glad you got it sorted out, though.

Is it? i haven'd had an android phone in quite some time, but my top speaker wasn't working and after chatting with samsung, they advised me to set up an apointment at a ubreakifix store. the rep used this screen to resolve my issue.

These are the known Note 9 'secret codes'. Not sure why you're having issues on your unlocked model, though...those shouldn't be blocked on that one.

Verizon is known by the motto "if it works, disable it."

I learned this the hard way. I bought an iPad through Verizon. They've disabled the eSim in it so that I can't sign up for other carriers through the iPad.

I will never again use Verizon for anything.

A lot of them do that. I'm not sure how they do it now since eSIM is starting to be officially supported.

Perhaps that function will be unlocked once the device is paid off.
