Is there any way to turn up the volume in ear piece - seems like sometimes hard to hear caller? Thank you.

Unless there's something I'm missing here - very probable - that would be the volume button.

Yeah if you have the volume up all the way with the volume key then that is about all you can do. There may be an app for boosting call volume, but I am not sure.
