Samsung recall notifications

You all still getting Samsung notifications?

Still haven't figured out my replacement device and i'm not going back to an S4 And i'm having a hard time finding reasonable used Sprint phones. I keep using this until I can figure it out.

Yep. Just returned mine tonight. Sigh. I'm using a Note 3, Android 5.0 which is actually faster and more responsive than my n7 was. *shrug*

I'm not getting them anymore but I'm using package disabler pro and I've disabled all bloatware and system updates. I'd suggest trying that if you are trying to get of them.

I found more than 1 package disabler pro in the play store, could you please provide a link of the correct download? Also, what exactly do you need to disable in order to stop the system updates?

I can't remember but I think I might have paid for it, if I did it was only a $1 or $2

I'm not flying anytime soon, so they can send all the messages they want. I'm not letting go of this Note 7 until there's a suitable replacement, or Samsung or my carrier force me to. This fiasco was BS, and with so many of us keeping the phone, i think we can prove it.

Lol exactly. My next flight is next November for another 2 week cruise. Note 8 will be out by then.

Going to try and return my Note 7 tomorrow night at Best Buy if they have the V20s in stock if not then Friday. I will hate to see it go but won't have to worry about these notifications or them bricking it later one like they are doing in Europe at the moment to 60% battery life.
