Samsung refuses to exchange faulty s7 edge

While that may be enforceable in Singapore, it's probably not the best policy from the PR perspective. I'd have to wonder if the sales and marketing folks are talking with each other.

I expect that Samsung (or any other company) would have difficulty with that in other markets though.
