Hello, I sent my phone in for repair. They received the device and in the update, it said "The unit has been received. Pack Condition: Fair Packaging (Box & Cushion)" what does that mean?

It seems to mean they received it and that they are describing how you or whomever sent it packaged it with cushion and in a box. That's all.
