Samsung S10 DND turns on by itself

Hi, any one else having issues with Samsung S10 Do Not Disturb turning on by its self. Min does every night about 730pm
I have read that you can go to Settings/Apps (3 dots) special permissions/Do Not Disturb and turn some apps off that are allowed to access thus feature bu when i go there thee are some tha looks like it will allow me to turn off but they wont.
Or am i chasing the wrong tail.
Need assistance.

Do you have any Bixby routines or automation apps that might be turning this on as a 'night' mode perhaps?

This is probably not the issue. But FYI if you have a Galaxy Watch, after the update it will now sync DND on your phone and watch unless you go into the Galaxy Wear app and explicitly disable syncing.

Go to Settings, type do not disturb in the search bar. Check and adjust your settings how you want. Clear the cache partition and reboot. Good luck
