Question What is this? Why is it there? What to do about it?

Today I noticed a strange new "red thing" in the upper left part of my screen, as shown in Screenshot 1. It looked particularly weird because it seems to include a sound-related icon, but I wasn't hearing anything (& I hadn't selected any media to be playing, either).

So I tapped on that "red thing", then saw the "grey item" shown in Screenshot 2. This still made no sense to me, so I tapped on the "Pause" button inside that "grey item". The button itself didn't seem to do anything or change & I still wasn't hearing anything, so I tapped on a different location in that "grey thing" & then was taken to a completely blank browser screen, as shown in Screenshot 3.

I left for a bit &, when I returned, I noticed a maroon item at the bottom of my phone's lockscreen (which I didn't recall having seen previously), as indicated by the arrow I've included on Screenshot 4.

What ARE these red, grey, & maroon items, why are they there, and what can (or should) I do about them?

FWIW (& as reflected at the top of that "grey item" in Screenshot 2), I wear Signia Hearing Aids, which include some features controlled via Bluetooth using an installed Signia App. However, the Signia App cannot be used either to select or Pause/Play ANY media, so these red, grey, & maroon "things" must be related to something else. And, as noted above, I'm not hearing anything "streaming" into my hearing aids (just the regular ambient room noise), so I don't understand that "Dana's hearing aids" reference at all.

Additionally (looking at the other text in that "grey item" & on the "maroon item"), I have never heard of (or about) either "3dvf[dot]com" or "3DVF", nor did I select whatever is named there as beginning with "11 Years Ago, . . ."

(I also looked, but didn't find, any App on my phone by that name.)

What IS all this stuff & what can/should I do about it?

Galaxy S22 Ultra: Android 15 & One UI 7.0.

Thanks

That's the media player notification widget (which typically shows up if you've been using YouTube). Since your hearing aid is being considered a media output device, that's why it's listed as the output device. You might be seeing the widget because you were recently watching or listening to that YouTube video. Or maybe it was an accidental launch of that video on YouTube (e.g., due to an accidental screen touch while in your pocket).
