Samsung s10e restarting randomly

So, as per my previous post. MY s10e started restarting itself randomly after a recent software update. It's been reflashed, it's had the partition cache wiped and up until yesterday working on A10 reflash. It was still restarting even whilst sat doing nothing and even in Safe Mode.

I'm thinking that it's got something to do with the memory it's using but to be honest i'm not really sure and could do with some help. could it be hardware related as opposed to software?

Any thoughts or questions then please ask.
