Something went wrong on the latest update to my AT&T samsung s20+ 5g and the software update was interrupted. When I go to check for updates there are 2 options
Check for updates, which I can do
And
Continue update, which isn't highlighted, and I can't do
When I check for updates, I get the message "software update interrupted
no updates available for your device at this time."
I've restarted the device and cleared the cashe partition, though this doesn't clear the issue.
AT&T is pushing an OTA update tome, though from what I've read elsewhere, I have doubts about this fixing the problem.
Has anyone here ever encountered this problem and successfully fixed it?
