I would like to report an issue with my Samsung device. The device suddenly restarted, and after the Samsung Galaxy logo appeared with the message "Secured by Knox, powered by Android," it displayed "Optimizing apps Samsung UI." Once it reached 100%, the phone booted normally, and I was able to use it without any issues. However, when I opened the Samsung Members app, I was prompted to send a crash report due to the previous restart, which I did by selecting "Send."

A few hours later, when I tapped on the screen to open the Snapchat app, the phone suddenly shut down and began an endless reboot loop. Despite my attempts to force it off, the device kept restarting. It took three attempts to temporarily turn it off, but even then, when I tried to access recovery mode, it continued to restart automatically, repeatedly showing the "Samsung Galaxy secured by Knox" logo.

The only exception occurred when I connected the phone to a charger after an entire day. It displayed the charging symbol, but in grey (I've attached a photo). The device cannot be turned off manually; it only powers off on its own, and every attempt to interact with it triggers another reboot. During this entire process, the phone heats up significantly.

I kindly ask for your advice and assistance in resolving this issue.

See if you can reach safe mode.

Push and hold volume down and power until the screen shuts off. Let go of both keys and quickly press and hold volume down and don't let go.
