I'm a longtime SwiftKey user, and decided I wanted to try the Samsung keyboard. I went into settings to change from SwiftKey to Samsung and noticed the numbers row missing. No problem right? I just go into Samsung keyboard settings and turn on the numbers row which I did. But the numbers row still does not appear in my Samsung keyboard. Anyone have a suggestion? In the meantime, I switched back to SwiftKey.

In the Samsung keyboard settings uder layout, there's a toggle for the number keys.

Have you solved this yet?

Here's a few, did you try this, ideas.

Closing and reopening the keyboard?

With the numbers row enabled, switch to another keyboard and back again?

With the numbers row enabled, clear the GBoard app cache? To do this I recommend Settings>Apps>GBoard>Force Stop>Storage>Clear Cache (without a custom dictionary clearing the data wouldn't hurt either)

With the numbers row and GBoard enabled, restarting the phone?

Let us know what you tried or try these things and let us know what you find.
