Samsung S3 answers by itself !?!

I have tried s voice and I have disabled everything that is related to call activation but my samsung s3 seems to answer my calls by itself !.

It started 3 days ago when my phone called someone without my permission hahahha. I reallt don't wknow what's happening I have rebooted and even factory resetting my phone but the problem persists !! Can someone help me pleasee? ??
