I was trying to clean up my phone and may have accidentally deleted an app I need. I can not access my mobile data even though it is turned on. Thoughts??

Well, I would say firstly make sure that you have an enough balance to start the data connection, I would sometimes this just happens because you don't have enough .... to start the session and if you are sure about that no everything is just working fine then try restarting your device ??? Sometimes this problems appears when your device is lagging in terms of restart.
