Samsung S3 mini problem

Hello guys. I have a problem with my S3 mini. Usually, I leave it charging overnight so that the next day, I can have it on full power. Then one morning, after unplugging my phone and connecting it to the PC through USB cable, I noticed that it wouldn't connect. It also smelled like it was burnt.So I immediately removed it and tried charging it, but it wouldn't charge anymore. I know it's not the battery because the phone works normally, and definitely not the charger because it works with other Samsung devices. Any advice on what happened to my phone, and how I can fix it?

Did you try a different USB cable? It seems like you've ruled out the battery and charger already.
