Samsung S3 trying to setup but can't -_- What should I do?

Samsung s3 trying to setup but cant -_-

Updated my phone and when i rebooted it would not let me do anything. Reset to factory settings and now when i go to set up my phone again i keep getting "Unfortunalty, Google Account Manager has stopped" Same with Google play and others.

I cant even set up the phone! It lets me pick the language (sometimes) and connnect to my Wifi (again sometimes) but if i succeed with that it comes up that its stopped again and brings me back to the menu screen!

Ive also connected it to my laptop. My laptop recognises it. But Kies does not.

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!! -_-

Welcome to Android Central! If you have an SD card inserted, remove it and reboot.

Did you recently change your Google account password?
