Samsung S4 Mini I9192 take long time to charge.

My Samsung S4 Mini I9192 take long time to charge.minimum 5 to 6 hours to charge fully.. What is the problem in it.. how to rectify it.
i tried charging in the wall socket as well as through laptop usb port..

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the original charging cable/plug? 3rd party chargers may not be as effective. How low is the battery before you start charging?
