Samsung s4 power button not locking device

My samsung s4's power button is not locking the screen, but when I hold it Down it brings up the power menu, can someone help??

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Device-Personalization>Lock Screen>Lock Automatically, and select Immediately.

I checked another thread, and it might also be Settings>Device-Accessiblity>Secured Lock Time>Instantly with Power Key.
