Samsung s4 stuck on samsung screen

[AC Question]

yo i rooted my phone, after it i downloaded app that changes layouts and set them. after all i restarted my phone but it stucks on samsung logo. i ran in recovery mode and did chache and factory reset but nothing happened. can someone help me? also im newbie so please if someone got solution please explain it step by step

It's soft bricked.No worry. You can flash stock Rom via Odin through PC. You can also search on YouTube for helpful tips!
