Samsung S5 Android 6.0.1 Gallery stock don't find pictures but QuickPic yes

Hello, I have this problem.

I had to use several ".nomedia" files in several folders to hide pictures and videos in Gallery stock and It worked. But after I removed all these files from the folders I can't see the pictures at the same way!

I tried Google Photo and it doesn't view the photos, but QuickPic yes! QuickPic finds all the photos and all the videos in my phone!

How to solve it?
I tried to delete data and cache of Gallery from Settings, I rebooted the phone and I did Wipe Cache from Recovery. I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 with Marshmallow 6.0.1 and rooting.
