Samsung S5 headphone jack is broken, how can I fix it?

Sansung S5 Headphone jack broken.

So i got my S5's screen replaced and after i got it back i realised that the headphone jack is broken. I can only hear from the left earphone even after trying with several different headphones. Is it possible that they broke it on accident while repairing the screen. Thanks

It's totally possible. There are so many tiny connectors, it's 100% possible that they broke something while replacing something else. Either that, or they gave you the chassis from a different phone - one with a broken headphone jack. I wouldn't waste any time trying to fix it and call your provider/service person immediately and tell them that you just got it back and the headphone jack is now broken.

Was it a Samsung repair job, or someone else? Any reputable company should resolve this for you free of charge if you report it back to them quick enough.
