Samsung s5 mini microphone problem

[AC Question]

After a while microphone stops and buzzers during call. When I restart my phone then it starts to works normaly for some time.
Could this be software or hardware problem?
I also tried cleaning microphone hole with needle.

try several recording apps and see if it still happens, if so I think it's a hardware problem.

It still happens, even when I attach headset, the headset microphone wont start to work.
