Samsung S5 One touch key doesn't light up, how can I get it working?

Samsung S5 One touch key doesnt light up

I bought a samsung galaxy s5 and i have a problem.Back touch key doesnt light up, but the other recent apps one works fine.They both work fine its just that one doesnt light up.Can i do anything?Thx
