We currently have a customer Samsung S5830i, the phone isn't rooted or anything and is running 2.3.6 firmware, phone has been factory reset numerous times as well as setting new gmail accounts.
Problem we are having is that the Google Play store and Gmail wont open Play store comes up with a server error first then it will force close it self with the message of:
The application Google pay store (process com.android vending) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.
with response to that i have tried it over and over again with connecting to wireless and data network just in case it was that. Samsung kies will not also see this phone for a emergency firmware recovery, i have cleared the cache over and over again forced closed it, still no joy i did read about doing the same to Google.service but i dint find this in the apps before you say yes i did click all apps lol.
Any help would be much appreciated as im at the end of my tether with it now lol
