Samsung S6 Camera Problem

Hi!
I just got a problem with my S6 camera. The resolution on the photos is not working. What I mean is the 16 mega photos are looking the same as 2 mega photos. Same with the videos, I took a video in UHD and another one in HD and is the same!
I tried everything, clear cached data, reset settings and nothing. When I got it from the first time I didn't have this problem, it started like 2 weeks ago. Before I had an s4 and I swear it takes better photos than this one right now! Thanks & sorry for bad english...
Here I got 2 photos 1 with 16 mega and the other one with 2 mega(but there are all the same resolution, even if I take it with 8 or 6 or 13):

It is not fake. I bought him from a samsung store(there I bought my Note 2 and S4 too). And, just to be sure I used the app that said it's a real samsung.
It's a problem I got since 2 weeks ago, till then all worked well.
And that's really irritating me, cuz I see how beautiful the photo are, but in my case, it takes just too bad photos. I mean the resolution all that stuff is just too stupid, I change from 2mb to 16 mb(on the photo size thing) and it's literally the same! Same goes for videos, I made a video in UHD(3840x2160) and another one in HD(1280x729) and I didn't see any single difference(same with photos as u can see)!
I just think that is not normal... thanks for the answers tho!

You are judging a very small size photograph and the differences won't be seen there. Blow it up to large size to see the difference.
