Samsung S6 Edge People cannot hear me

When I am talking on the Edge people on the other end cannot hear my unless I yell or hold the ear piece away from my ear and talk directly into phone.

I used to disable noise reduction to solve this problem the Edge does not seem to have that option?

Any ideas?
