samsung s6 edge shadow when pointing to something

On my Samsung S6 Edge there is a shadow when pointing the finger on something. It is not everywhere present but when the background is a light color like white then when choosing something there is a shadow, you can see it well when holding the finger on a item the the shadow spreads.

I find it annoying that the shadow is there, is there i possibility to turn off the shadow?
It is a kind of mark to see that you choose that item but when i am put my finder on that item i know thats what i want...

Go to settings.
Scroll to the bottom.
See if you can find developer options.
If you do find it, press it.
Find the 'show touches' tab
Turn it off.

If you don't find developer options.
Enable it by going into about device and clicking on the build number several times.

If this doesn't work then I don't know what's wrong.
