Samsung S6 second background image appears, and my camera makes a funny noise

Hello everyone, two problems appeared the moment my 1 year warranty expired...like literally the camera problem started to happen 1 week before and now 1 week after it expired I'm getting a second image in the background. Let me explain the image problem. On any given screen I'm on, if it's a screen that has more white background, I'm able to see my text message screen very very lightly. It's like the keyboard was burnt onto the actual screen. It's hard to explain but with some pictures it's easier to understand. I talked to Samsung about this and they are brushing me away. Basically you snooze you loose. There should be some grace period from the date an actual warranty expires. Even when I called about the camera problem 1 week before the expiry date ( wasn't able to have it fixed due to being on vacation ), they told me it's my loss. What's funny about it is that there is no record of my conversation that day. ..WOW. Please let me know if anyone has this problem, or what else I can do if I call back Samsung. Thank you.

I had a problem with screen burn on my old s5, which I looked up and theres a couple of apps that really help to get rid of it. My camera also has a fault with it and my phone is half a year old (not even that yet), it vibrates and sounds like a bee almost, and heats up, a lot. I feel like the s6 is a badly made phone, compared to previous models, and the samsung customer team are awful too if theres something specific you need help with!
