[Samsung S7] Clock replaced by music controller on lock screen

[Android Central Question]

After the most recent update, whenever I'm playing music the lockscreen will only show the music controller. I have to swipe it to see the big clock.
Previously both were visible. Don't fix what ain't broken!

Does anybody know how to at least make the clock always come up first and make me swipe for the music controller?

I had a problem with this too, go into the settings on your music app and turn off "control using lock screen".
