Samsung s7 edge Bluetooth won't pair after 7.0 nougat update

I have recently got a new phone from the store and it doesn't pair with my car , it sees the phone, I enter the code and but it will not pair , when I try again it says can not communicate with this device , I tried my old phone with the same software and it worked , I should mention my old phone had already been paired with the car prior to the update to 7.0 , but the new one won't pair , I deleted all devices from the car and retried my old phone and that won't work either anymore which is also the same s7 edge , I tried another s7 edge from a friend with 7.0 and his won't work either, I tried a s5 with 6.0 and it works, I tried an iPhone and it worked, so I'm thinking it's something to do with 7.0 , I tried all your remedies with safe mode and cache partition and network settings but I believe if these things were the issue it's unlikely that it would be happening at the same time on 3 s7 edge phones, it's seems more like a software compatibility issue with 7.0 nougat
