So I'm new here and i just had to make an account because im kinda desperate.
First thing that happened to my phone is when i woke up i realized the alarm didn't go off. Then I tried playing youtube videos but there was no sound. Tried everything from adjusting the volume, making sure that the volume was up and all but the sound just disappeared.
Then i tried restarting the device which was a nightmare because it was just staying at the loading screen for the whole morning. Tired doing a hard reset but it just kept staying at the Samsung Galaxy S7 screen.
When it did get to the home screen, the sound would still be gone. At the end of that day I did a factory reset. Everything seemed to be fixed until I tried using my headphones to listen to a video. My phone this time wouldn't detect my earphones but would still produce sound.
Im about to send this phone back tomorrow unless I can find a way to fix it. Dont want to do a factory reset again..haii..
