Samsung s7 keeps rebooting

Hi,

I am using s7 edge for 6 months, and like one month ago I ran on a problem with it.
Heating up, not charging and i am not able to use my keyboard..also it keeps restsrting all the time. After I did factory reset everything was fine for another 20days and it happend again.
Any solutions?

My S7Edge keeps restarting itself, too. Maybe once a week. I don't have any issues with it heating up, though.

I reached out to Samsung a few minutes ago via the Samsung+ app, and so far they have not been helpful.

Samsung+ "expert" was useless, so I reached out to Samsung on Twitter. Through DMs, a guy named Gil suggested wiping the cache partition and/or doing a factory reset. I said that I'd already tried both of those. He suggested going to a Best Buy with a "Samsung Experience shop" and having a software re-flash performed.
