In our organization, our Sr. VP of Health Services has her own S7 that is not administered through us. She does have her Exchange account on there using the default 'Email' app for it. When can receive attachments and open them with no problem so that's not an issue. However when she tries to forward that email to anyone, the attachment shows it's going to be sent but the recipient is unable to receive any attachment from her. It shows as if she didn't send it.
I tested this for myself and was able to confirm the weirdness. She is able to forward attachments using her Cox account through the same 'Email' app, but not her Exchange account. She stated there was a Profile Update recently performed but not sure if that caused the issue. I didn't see any setting on her phone that would disallow sending attachments. I have an S6 Edge+ and don't have that issues as well as others that have iPhones, etc. that don't have the issue.
So looking for some advice as to what could be causing her issue. Is it an S7 bug as of right now?
