Samsung S7 poor reception

[AC Question]

Just bought the Samsung Galaxy S7 and my level of reception is extremely poor. I can be next to someone with 4G and I barely have signal. I have verizon and have never had issues at my home. Now I can't even make a call at my house. Any thoughts as to the problem. I'm on my second s7 as I returned the first thinking the phone was bad.

The second device may be faulty, or the SIM may be bad.

I'm having the exact same problem. I'm extremely unhappy with the phone because of this. Gonna call Verizon in the morning to figure something out. I have changed from Global mode to LTE/CDMA Mode and still 2 bars at best where ever I go. Hopefully there is a fix soon or its going back

I'd like to hear what verizon says. If i can I'm going back as well. Spent 6 hours so far at the verizon store on this issue with no resolution.

I have AT&T. Same issue. Horrible reception.
