Since calls don't use data, Smart Network Switch will not do anything to WiFi Calling (it only switches back to mobile data if your WiFi connection is weak or if it detects connectivity issues). That being said, if you long-press your WiFi calling button on the quick panel (or going into settings and finding WiFi Calling options), you will see the option to use Wi-Fi when possible (if connection is bad or not available, you'll still place calls via cellular network), to use cellular network when possible, or to never use cellular network at all for calls (note that this option will block all calls from being placed over the network, so if your WiFi isn't reliable, you won't be able to receive calls and the calls you make might not go through or sound really bad).
