Samsung S7., why am I only able to make emergency calls?

Samsung S7.

I tried making a call this morning. It wouldn't go through and said "emergency calls only." I tried turning it off and back on. When it came back on a message popped up saying "Attention: SIM not provisioned MM#2" (never seen this before) and now if I try to call out it says "out of service area" and just drops the attempt. If you try to call in to it, it goes straight to voice mail. I now have an O with a slant through it at the top of my screen, and it looks like it has replaced my bars because I can't see those any more. Can anyone help please? I've tried everything.

You need to contact your carrier and see if the sim card has been removed from the account or the phone has been blacklisted.
Either way i dont think we can be much help here..
Are you the original owner of the phone? if not did you buy it used?
