Samsung S8 => Face/Iris recognition stopped working with Oreo ver8!

Hi, my new S8 has been working fine for a month now using Face and Iris recognition to unlock the phone, but a few days ago I updated to the latest Oreo ver8 and since then whatever I do only the PIN and fingerprint scanner work will unlock the phone. Tried removing all security and adding it one by one in different orders but to no effect.

Anyone else seen this problem?
