Samsung S8 got really hot wireless charging.

On charges my S8 with official samsung wireless charger which I have done evermryday for a week now with no issue. But today it got really hot. Why would this be? Will it of damaged It? Thanks

Maybe you had something else going on while it was charging. Had you sent an email or text with a picture prior to charging?

No, ohad no apps running at all. It was just sat on it'd charger
