Samsung S8 Help with Camera that won't open please. Also, App Manager is missing.

I get the message "you cannot use more than one application that uses camera at the same time. Camera will close". How do i fix that issue please? Also, how can i tell which apps are using camera?

In searching for solution i found one that spoke to going into the App Manager to delete cache from applications but I cannot find App Manger either. Please map me to how i find it.

Welcome to Android Central! Chances are that some other app you installed is controlling the camera or one of its components as well. Keep in mind that the LED flash is part of the camera, so try uninstalling any apps that have access to these components. You can also try booting into Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-34283

The Application Manager is in the Settings>Apps menu (the main system settings). But to clear all app caches, you can go to Settings>Storage and tap Cached Data, then agree to clear all app caches. This probably won't help in your situation, though.
