I need ur help pls... I had bought Samsung s8 from Muscat last May... but now there's some problem with the phone. The rotation isn't working and during calls multiple apps including music apps starts working on its own and interrupts calls. Sometimes it doesn't even ring...
When I took it Samsung service centre they said that it had some sensor problem and needs to replace it and there's some motherboard problem too. I had bought this phone for 34000 and for repairing it would cost 18000... they aren't ready to use warranty. They say it needs to be taken to Muscat for claiming the warranty.
