Samsung s9+ dark color dragging?

[Android Central Question]

Ok so ive noticed whenever i turn my samsung screen brightness all the way down and the color black shows up, like deep deep black, and i scroll up or down or swipe side to side the color sort of drags in the direction i swipe and fades into a shade of blue? I dunno. Thats the best way i can describe it. Just think of it like a paint brush dragging itself on paper except it disappears whenever you stop swiping.

Yep that is the amoled screen. Nothing we can do about it. I used to have an app on my old s6 that was able to hide that but can't remember the name now...
