Android Central Question

Bought a new S9 a few months ago but it keep making some sort of "notification" everyday at 8am. It is not the alarm (I already removed all alarms I set up).
I have also disabled all the notifications on my phone.
The sound of the notification is not a beep, it is more like a melody (and that melody doensn't exist as a ring tone. I'm so frustrated because it goes off every morning.
Please advise, thanks

Sounds like something Bixby would do. I have mine disabled so I'm guessing here.

Open the Clock app and see if you have a alarm set.

I never signed up for a samsung account and used the Bixby. Do I still need to disable Bixby?
I also have deleted all the Clock alarms and I only have 1 Clock app. However, the phone still make the noise exactly at 8:00 am and I cannot mute or reduce the noise level. I have to wait until the melody is done playing, very annoying.

Thanks

Could you have a daily reminder in Calendar setup?
Another thing to check is if you have a reminder in the Reminder app setup?

I would also take a look at the 3rd party apps that you have installed.

Unfortunately, there is no notifications show up on the screen, the screen is still off. All I get is just the melody tone. I also checked the calendar and reminder apps, nothing was set up. I have tried to uninstall all the 3rd party apps. It still did the same. I even used the volume key to silent all "notification" & "system" sound (only leave ring tone and media on). I also went to 'Accessibility" to turn off all "notification reminder". It seems nothing works :(

Did you turn off Bixby? Turn it off before trying something drastic like factory reset.

See the same thing periodically, at approx 00:30.
It stopped by restarting the phone.
Is it possible to make a logging app that records witch app causing alerts?

I ended up with the factory reset and reinstalled only the apps I need, problem solved. It seemed when I transferred the data from my old phone to my new phone, there were some sort of hidden alerts.

Thank you all!
