Hi,
as i mentioned in another post, my Samsung S9 plus (SM-G965F) isnot recognized by my Notebook (Windows). That is why I gave it to a technique service shop (inofficial). This is not the issue here.
I don't want to be paranoid but afterwards I have remembered that I had sensible/important data on that phone. I did not giv them the phone code to get access from the locked screen to my phone. I did not gave the service shop any code. Bitdefender has mentioned that there was failed access attempt to my phone, to get access to it. It took a picture. I have configured it for that.
My question is: Could the workers of the phone service shop get any kind of access, e.g. by cracking my phone or just trying. I mean, they are professionals or semi-professionals. My phone code consists just of four digits. There was no SIM-card inside the phone.
Thank you!
