Samsung S9 Unlock problem

[Android Central Question]

Hi,
I've recently tried to unlock my old Samsung S9 that was working absolutely fine on an EE contract. Managed to unlock successfully using EE's online unlock page. But, since then, it will no longer connect using any SIM. I've managed to deduce the phone is read a SIM but its as if the GSM has been disabled since unlocking (it's not in flight mode either!) Tried manually selling the network manually etc...but doesn't respond.
Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! What's the exact model number of the phone? If it was purchased directly from a specific carrier, it's possible that variant doesn't support EE's network bands.

What was the process of unlocking with EE , enter a network code? I'm just rereading this
Is it dual sim?
