Hello!
Does Samsung send you a couple screen protectors for free if yours is damaged? I thought I read that they were doing that for the S10 series, but I wasn't certain.

Not that I've heard of.

Maybe as a one off goodwill gesture.

I picked up my Note 10+ recently from a Samsung Experience Store and it had a scuff mark on the phone out of the box. I had the employee replace the phone as the scuff could have been made from the result of a drop where it was packaged up.

I did a text chat with them after my factory protector got scratched and they recommended that I take the phone into the Samsung Repair Facility near me. Yeah, no. I put on a Whitestone Dome.

My upper left corner coming up. Have to make a phone call see what they say. I'm with my return window. could return the whole phone but seems crazy. if that the case vs replacement of protector that shows corporate waste and why phones expenses as return costs are filters back to consumers..one way or another.

I don't think I'd return a phone because the plastic screen protector is lifting.

It will lift in some cases.

You could even end up returning a perfectly good phone and get a lemon.

Yeah I wouldn't chance it over a screen protector. Especially when My Note is perfect right now.

I'm having issues with the FPS. But I'm keeping the Dome. I ended up with some scratches on my Note 9 and I'm not taking any chances with my 10+. It seems to vary my device whether you will have issues or not.

Yeah I've heard almost all positive reviews about WSD.

I have the Whitestone Dome now on my N10+ for a few weeks and I've had zero issues.

I've said before in recent posts I followed a good tip to gently press down on the fps after the first curing with the UV light and then 2nd cured.

No issues.

In fact the only issue I had was muscle memory i.e remembering where the fps section was on the front of my phone. Lol.

That's good to hear. FPS responsiveness is my biggest concern.

Don't think it's ordered. A couple of people have posted things like the screen protector was peeling off and when they contacted Samsung, they were given replacements.
