Samsung silicone case broken on front bottom left corner.

I'm really frustrated that shamsung is not willing to warranty the case because they say it's physical damage which isn't covered. The issue is that it broke by itself. I've seen many reviews on their own website saying it's happened to many owners of the case. Anyone here able to claim a warranty on that case?

Same thing with my case. Now case only on the back of my zf3 and I liked it this way.
