Samsung slow to ship

With my $100 Samsung.com credit, for setting up Samsung pay last month, I decided to get a Samsung fast wireless charger. That was on 12/16. I paid for 2 day service and it's been on back order since. Has anyone else had this issue?

Had a problem with an item that was supposedly in stock but later cancelled because out of stock then a few days later shown as in stock on the website.
 
Hopefully they get your stuff to you. I just submitted my rebate for the 200 credit. How long does it take for them to validate it.

I used mine for a Gear VR. It kept noting 'backorder' but seemed to be in stock on the website. I finally called them to ask to cancel the order and get something else (mostly because we wanted to VR before Xmas and it didn't come). After a TON of runaround they noted the order was cancelled and I'd get an email with a new $100 offer code. Well... it was a miracle all of a sudden beccause not only did they NOT cancel the order... it was shipped to me the very next business day! Funny how that happened...
