Samsung Smart Call

I found this on the Samsung Galaxy Apps store but don't see any way of obtaining it. Have no idea if it's a paid service or what. It's not in Call Settings as it indicates.
Anyone have it?

Maybe it hasn't been released yet. Samsung did something like this with features for Samsung Notes before they were released.

On my Note 8, Smart Call is part of the standard calling app. If I call a restaurant that is not in my contact list, my Phone will say "SMART - Name of restaurant" anyway, similar to what is shown in the link above.

I'm on Verizon and don't have either one of the methods for installation available on my phone.

My phone is indeed carrier free
