Question Samsung smart watch and Oppo A78 phone compatibility

I have bought a Samsung sm-r390NZSATGY Galaxy Fit3 smart watch but my phone is Oppo A78 5G Android version 15 can any one tell me how can I connect with this watch. I have tried to download Galaxy Fit 3 apps and Galaxy Wearable Apps and Samsung Health apps but all these apps are not able to download in my phone and not able to connect the watch can anyone help me please
