Samsung Spam Notifications

I THINK it has been since the latest update but I can't really pinpoint the time this started but I am getting occasional spam notifications from Samsung (Win crap this Friday etc etc) and also "Your Samsung Session has timed out" or similar. Anyone know what I need to disable to stop this? I have turned off notifications for everything obvious already.

The 'win crap this Friday' comes from Samsung Pay, and you can disable that in the app's settings under Notifications (I wouldn't do it unless you have a habit of going into the app and checking out promos...they have those often, and usually you don't want to miss them). If it's suggestions for apps, that comes from Galaxy Apps, and again, that was an opt-in option you agreed to, but can also be disabled from the app's settings.

The Samsung Session message could come from either your Samsung account or the Facebook session, and it's usually the latter, as Facebook has a timed limit on 'tokens' for devices.

Thanks! I found two Facebook items in there right before I sent this message. I never have Facebook on my phones. I'll see what that does. I do have Samsung Pay but I had it before this stuff started. I'll check that too. Thanks again.
